Competition Registration

Competition deadline: June 4, 2025.

Please read the following terms and conditions before registering.

Registration Instructions

This competition is an inter-school event and only accepts registration from school teams.

The electronic registration form must be filled out by the responsible teacher from the school.

This year, a brand new registration system is being used for the application form, and the steps are as follows:

1. The responsible teacher needs to create a new registered account;

2. Visit the website to select competition items and the number of teams;

3. The teacher must log in to the website before the deadline to fill in the participating students’ information (including students’ names, team name, etc.);

4. Complete the payment of the registration fee.

Teams that finish the registration process automatically agree to and accept the competition rules, all competition details, and terms. If teams encounter any problems during the preparation period, they may inquire with the organizing committee.

The committee may update the competition rules at any time and it is recommended that teams regularly check the organizing committee’s website for updates.

The committee reserves the right to interpret the competition, change the rules, and make final decisions. After the deadline, any modifications will incur an administrative fee of HK$200 each time.

The responsible teacher from the school must ensure that the information on the registration form is accurate to facilitate communication, issuance of information, and evaluation by the committee.

After the deadline, any modifications will incur an administrative fee of HK$200 each time. All names on the certificates will be based on the names provided in the electronic form, and no modifications will be made after the deadline, so please ensure that the information in the form is correct to avoid affecting the certificate application.

If a competition team fails to complete the payment of the registration fee, they will be considered as not having completed the registration process, and the organization will not be responsible if the team cannot participate as a result.

If you have any questions, please contact the committee staff via WhatsApp at 5742 6645.
