Access to the competition area is restricted to participants only, and participants must wear their “competition ID” to enter the competition zone. Teachers, coaches, and parents are not allowed in the competition area. 

The use of communication devices is prohibited inside the competition and preparation areas. Participants should remember their “team number” as the organization will use it to announce information. 

Filming is prohibited during the competition, except for staff, to avoid affecting the operation of the robots. Participants must bring a photo ID (such as a handbook or student ID) for identity verification. 

Participants are required to check in on time and submit their robots for competition. Any inappropriate behavior by participants may result in disqualification. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the competition area. 

Participating teams are requested to respect public property and must not cause damage to the venue. 

Participants should take care of their own materials, including personal belongings, computers, and robot equipment. 

The organization is not responsible for any loss of participants’ belongings. 

To ensure the safety of participants and fairness of the competition, the organization has the following exit arrangements: if you need to go to the restroom, please register at the registration desk. It is advised that participants stay until the end of the competition, and re-entry is not permitted after leaving. 

Parents, teachers, and coaches should be aware of the competition’s end time to pick up students outside. The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches, violates, or fails to comply with any of the organization’s rules. Registration fees for disqualified participants will not be refunded. 

The organizing committee has the right to use any photos, videos, and competition records related to the activities for any lawful purpose, including event promotion, online voting, and publishing competition results. 

The organizing committee reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the event. 

Any temporary changes to the event will be announced on the event website. In case of any disputes, the organizing committee reserves the final decision-making authority.
